As a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, she brings over 14 years of experience in cosmetology and computer science to MYAVANA.

Robin D. Groover

Robin began transitioning women out of their relaxers in the late 90s, leading the birth of the natural hair movement. As Chief Hair Officer for MYAVANA, she leads all hair care education, research & development, along with her knowledge in consumer insights, hair care research and product manufacturing.
With over 20 years of experience in hair care research & development, Robin has consulted brands such as Design Essentials, Paul Mitchell, Carol’s Daughter and Shea Moisture Professional Line on product performance. Her healthy hair styling techniques have been featured on natural hair care resources for professionals and consumers such as ESSENCE.com, TransitioningMovement.com, NaturalChica.com, NaturalHairMag.com and AtlantaNaturalHair.com.”
Tanisha Billups

Tanisha Billups is a graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, and Masters in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. She has worked in R&D with Myavana since 2016 with a passion in science and specifically all things hair and beauty.
As a true leader in beauty tech, she values how intentionally we C.A.R.E. for so many through their hair-story to achieve their hair goals. She values how MYAVANA is the ultimate opportunity to empower and impact while innovating and leading the way in adding more value and diversity to the beauty industry.
Stacey Richards

Stacey Richards, owner of Che La Vie Image Consultants, is a licensed Master Cosmetologist, with over 25 years of dedication and experience in health & beauty, and over 20 years of experience as a beauty industry educator inspiring new talent and veteran professionals on beauty and business.
Her passion for healthy hair, healthy body, and healthy heart solutions empower her to offer expert advice to women and men on hair and scalp care. She has earned a host of awards for outstanding service, leadership, and business. She is currently introducing to salons and barbershops innovative solutions to enhance services that offer a better experience. A few of these solutions include, hair care plans, hair and scalp analysis along with retail products for home care maintenance
